Your Own Divine Running Meditation: Trigger a Quick Emotional Shift

As Einstein wisely said, “no problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.” No good comes from trying to fight your emotional problems; you have to rise above them and become incompatible with them, instead. This is the only way the brain can overcome them.

Limerence is a fantastic example of this – involving deeply ingrained, extremely painful thought patterns. As all limerents come to realise, trying to coerce your subconscious mind to just ‘forget’ your limerent object doesn’t work. You need to start chasing new goals and new emotional states… you need to become a new, limerence-immune version of yourself – a version of yourself that does not have unmet needs that YOUR trigger limerent objects can tap into.

This is what constitutes freedom… this is what stops LOs sparking to you and getting you hooked. Any other attempts at recovery will be in vain, for they simply cannot work. They are mere distraction at best, and self-sabotage at worst.
