This book is a little different from my typical content. It’s not about limerence, it’s designed to teach you how to heal from depersonalisation-derealisation disorder (DPDR).
In this book, you will learn all about:
– What brief dissociation is: the ‘freeze’ response
– What chronic dissociation is: a cycle fuelled by panic disorder & OCD
– How DPDR is closely linked to panic/anxiety, but more complex (this will answer your question: “Why do I sometimes feel dissociated even when I’m calm?”)…
I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve finally published the new version of The Limerent Mind, which took me months to edit. The original 2020 version changed thousands of lives, and it’s one of the most meaningful things I’ve ever created. But I knew I wanted to enrich the book with many more tips, tricks, scientific insights and psychological techniques, to make recovery much more simple for you all to achieve.
It’s available as a PDF, audiobook, and on Amazon as an eBook or paperback!

A critical part of limerence recovery is realizing and accepting that you are deeply powerful. That you have never been weak, because limerence is a passionate, momentum-filled, goal-oriented state. One you learn to rechannel your feelings towards constructing your dream self-concept and dream life, limerence will fall away like the illusion it is.
I believe that every single person reading this could benefit significantly from cultivating more self-love. From learning how to cultivate a stronger, purer positive feeling of love directed at yourself. This may sound like generic drivel, or contrived social media positivity – but I mean it wholeheartedly, and want you to really suspend your disbelief here and consider how why you, personally, should love yourself a lot more.
